No Upfront Fees: Place your property on the market with no upfront fees. We believe putting your property to the market should be a simple process therefore we have removed our registration fee to make the process even easier.
Estate Agents Fees: This fee is paid upon completion of sale, usually by your solicitor from sale proceeds on your approval.
Energy Performance Certificate: This is a legal requirement for any house sale to proceed. We can arrange this document on your behalf at a fee of £75 + VAT. You may acquire this yourselves, we will need a copy of same for online marketing and property brochures.
Solicitor Fees: These fees will vary, depending on which solicitor you choose to act on your behalf.
This is not essential, but if you have any concerns our valuers will advise you based on their experiences.
We are more than happy to meet viewers at your property, you can leave us a key or let us into your property, it is entirely your choice. If you feel comfortable conducting the viewing yourselves that is another option. We will keep in contact with the viewers and follow them up to get their feedback and will always keep you informed.
No, we get a lot of viewers via telephone contact so don't always meet them face to face. Before we send or take a viewer to your property we will always get their name, address and telephone number.
